In March 0f 2024, in partnership with the Conference Board of Canada, EDL presented a study titled Lethbridge’s Manufacturing Workforce: Composition and Upskilling for the Future. These findings will help local manufacturers with the implementation of automation and robotics and strategies to help upskill and reskill their workforce.
