Based on the 2011 National Household Survey, the average household income in Lethbridge ($76,816) was just under the national average ($79,102) while the Lethbridge County has an average annual income that is well above the average figure ($91,473).
 
Since 2006, households that earn more than $60,000 per year have increased by 9.8%.  Lower income levels have declined by 5.2% during the same time period.
 
The median household income in Lethbridge is $62,298.  This figure is higher than the national median income by $1,226 but lower than the provincial median income by $16,334.
